• Eligibility: Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in good condition, reusable, and with all tags and original packaging intact.
• Non-Returnable Cases: Returns will not be accepted for issues such as rashes, stomach upset, headaches, flavor preferences, or differences in flavor compared to other brands. We recommend consulting a doctor before using any product.
• Missing Items: If any item is missing from your order, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

2. Refund Policy

• Processing: Refunds will be initiated once the returned product reaches us and passes inspection. The refund process takes a minimum of 3 business days from the time we receive the product.
• Shipping Costs: We will arrange for reverse pickup at no additional cost for eligible returns.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us.
• After Dispatch: Cancellations are not possible once the product has been dispatched.
